Permissions: Must have "Allow Medication Administration" selected in Staff Profile.
Follow the steps below to access your Client's Medication Administration Log, and how to add a new log entry.

Access Medication Administration Log
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Open appropriate Client.
- Click Medication Administration located in the Health section in the menu on the left. The Client's Medication Administration Log will display.
Add Medication Log
- From the Medication Administration Log page, scroll down to locate the Add Medication Log section.

- Click the Medication Name drop-down and select appropriate medication.

- Enter in the Dosage.

Route refers to how the medication was administered.

- Click the Calendar and Clock icon to set the date and time the medication was administered.

- Enter your Initials.
|
- In the Comment section, add information about why this medication was administered. For example, "Was given for a headache".

- Click Add Record when completed.
|
- That log entry will now display in the Medication Administration Log.

- You will then want to follow up to document if the medication/dosage resolved the issue.

|
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the log entry.
|
|
- The log entry will display. Fill in the Followup field, then click Update Record.
