Add Service Code to a Goal (ShareNote)

Follow the steps below to add a Service Code to a Goal.

Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
Open the appropriate Client.
Click Client Goals in the Notes/Information section in the left menu.
Click Manage Goals.
Scroll down to the Additional Plan Information section.
Click the Service Code drop-down and selected the appropriate Service Code from the list.
Click Update Treatment Info when completed.
