When creating a new goal, you can include following services or access the following reports to help streamline your work.

CAPP and IDD Services
CAPP and IDD Services are federal waiver programs.
Click the CAP/IDD Services drop-down located in the Add New Goal section on the right to select the waiver program that that client is participating in to associate it with that goal.
Frequency Cap
Setting a Frequency Cap can be helpful in instances where a Client has multiple goals but only one of those goals is being addressed, which prevents the other goals from being addressed. In this case, the Clinical Director may go into the goal and put a cap on a particular goal(s).
The Frequency Cap is based on units to address that treatment plan. This will ensure that the other goals for that client get addressed.
Services to Render
The Services to Render are instructions to the Staff.
It is up to the Clinical Director to select the services (PSR or Psycho Social Rehabilitation services for example) to help a Client achieve the program they want for that client and how frequently they want it used.
Client Audit log
Access the Client Audit Log to see who made changes to goals, objectives, or interventions and when.
Goals Report
Access the Goals report to view how many goals (active or inactive) a Client has, and the target date. This saves time so you can quickly view information about Client goals at a quick glance without going into each individual Client's goals.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Reports Manager from the drop-down.
- Select Client from the Select Report Type drop-down.
- Select Goals from the Select Report drop-down.
- Enter the From and To date range.
- Select the Type of Clients you would like to view in the Show drop-down.
- Select the Team from the Show By Team drop-down.
- Click Run Report.
