Prescribers must verify their identity in order to ePrescribe in ShareNote Community. If you have completed this process but did not receive the confirmation letter within ten business days, please contact Support with the following information:
- Clinician ID for the Provider.
- Approximate date the Provider completed the Identity Proofing.
- City and State where the Provider expected to receive the letter.
We will review this information and help troubleshoot the issue.
