The Dashboard is your hub for Communication inside ShareNote Community. Each user's dashboard is unique based on the information they need to access in the system.
Note: Check with your ShareNote Community Administrator if you think something is missing from your dashboard, it may be due to permissions.
Billing Snapshot and Billing Queue will show first for staff designated as Billing Manager.
- Newsfeed - Will show the last 10 to 50 events pertaining to Notes the staff has submitted. Supervisors and Administrators can view other valuable entries.
- Today's Appointments - View appointments for the day. Staff will see their own events, Admins will see all events for the time period.

Bulletin Board - Post important information to be visible to all staff on their Dashboard.
- My Reminders/Tasks - Staff can build a To-Do List, add, track and delete tasks. Admins can assign tasks to supervised staff and track the completion of those tasks via the (Click here for Task Manager video).

Alerts - Displays Certification and Event alert badges.
- Click on View All Alerts to go to the Alert Center. Here you can view alerts for Authorizations, Certifications, Goals, Clients Not Seen, Incident Reports and Client Requirement Alerts, and filter by caseload.
- User Stats - Displays caseload count and statistics for recently submitted notes.
- Caseload Clients - Lists the current caseload for the Staff that is logged in.
- Client Requirements - Displays pending Client Requirements applicable to the Staff's caseload.
