Permissions: All Access Levels can submit notes.
- Hover over the Note Center tab in the Navigation Bar.

- Select Universal Note from the drop-down, and select Create New Note.

- Select Note Type from drop-down.
Note: Universal Notes may have many different names.

- Select Client Name(s) as applicable.
|
- Click Submit button.
|
- Enter appropriate information in each mandatory field. Your notes will automatically save as you work.
Note: Mandatory fields will differ according to selected Note Type. Read Note instructions, paying attention to callouts and alerts.

- Click Submit.
