You have the ability to set which notifications from ShareNote Community you would like to receive. This is set at the Staff Level.
- Click My Profile located below the navigation bar on the right side of screen.
- Click the Notifications Settings tab.
- Select of deselect alerts as desired. See below for alert descriptions.
- Allow Alerts - Select how you would like to receive notifications, by email or SMS. Then select desired Notification below.
- Calendar Appointments Alerts - Receive alerts when a new appointment has been created for one of your Clients or when an existing appointment has updated or changed.
- Note Creation Event Alerts - Receive alerts when a note has been created for one of your Clients.
- Locked Note Alerts - Receive alerts when a Note for your Client is locked.
- Authorization Expire Alerts - Receive alerts when Authorizations for your Clients are close to expiring or have expired.
- Goal Expire Alerts - Receive alerts when Client Goals are close to expiring or have expired.
- Client Requirement Alerts - Receive alerts when Client Requirements have been added or changed.
- Client Last Seen Alerts - Notifies staff that a Note has not been submitted on a Client for the number of days the Admin sets in Preferences.

Notes Review Alerts - Receive alerts when there is a Note to be reviewed.
NOTE: You will only be notified when you are set as a reviewer by an Administrator.
- Client Status Update Alerts - Receive alerts when a Client Appointment Status is updated for one of your Clients.
- Scheduler Event Creation Alerts - Receive alerts when a new event is created.
- Certification Expire Alerts - Receive alerts when your Certifications are close to expiring or have expired.
- Monthly Summary Email - Receive a summary of all activity or alerts received that occurred that month.
- Weekly Summary Email - Receive a summary of all activity or alerts received that occurred that week.
- Contact Log Message - Receive an alert when a message is added to a Client Contact Log.
