If you have entered your Client's goal but they are not populating on the note, please check to make sure that the following items are addressed:
- Did you enter the open date and the target date as the same date on the goal?
- Go to Manage Goals to double check that the objectives and interventions are added to the goal.
- It could be that Disable new notes for client if treatment goals have expired is selected in the Note Preferences. If this is checked, it will disable new notes for a client if the treatment goals have expired. Your Assigned Administrator or Location Administrator can make this change in the Note Preferences.
