Once you have created a Client, at a minimum you will want to ensure that the following areas are set up:

Client Demographics - Review Client Details, make any corrections, and add any additional desired Client Details.
IMPORTANT: For billing purposes, ensure that the Client's Home Address and Phone Number are entered.
- Insurance/Funding Source - Enter Client Funding Source Information. This must be entered for billing purposes. Information must be entered in as it is stated on the Client's insurance card.

Authorizations - Enter Client Prior Service Authorization Units.
IMPORTANT: To ensure Services do not extend past the authorized units, select Enforce Validation, and enter Authorization ID, Frequency Cap, and Set Alerts.
- Client Goals - Enter Client Goals, Objectives, and Interventions. Include any additional Treatment Information.
- Diagnosis/Problem - Enter Client's current Diagnosis.
- Services - Services have been added at the Organization level, you now need to select them at the Client Level. Select all the Services that this Client is approved to receive. The Services selected here will be the only ones that will display for this Client when creating Clinical documentation.
