Assigning Clients to a Staff Caseload will limit the amount of information general staff will be able to see for this Client. Staff will only have access to information on Clients in their Caseload.
IMPORTANT: Do not assign a Location or a Caseload to Administrative Staff, even if they provide Services and see Clients. Doing so will limit what Admin Staff can see.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Staff Manager from the drop-down.
- Click Staff Name.
- Select Caseload Tab.
- Choose Client(s) from Available Clients List.
Note: Use Control or Command on your keyboard to make multiple selections.
- Click Green Arrow to move the selected Client(s) to Assigned Clients column.
