Print Notes & Request PDF Batch Notes (ShareNote)

Depending on the amount of Notes you need printed, you can either print them manually, or request a large batch of Notes to be printed.

Print Small Batch of Notes

Below are the quantities of Notes you are able to print at one time on your own:

• BIRP- 20 Notes
• Universal- 30 Notes
• PIE- 30 Notes

Below are the steps to printing a small batch of Notes. Utilizing the search parameters optimizes the Notes you are able to print. You can also group the Notes by sections if desired. 

Use Advanced Filters

Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Note Center from the drop-down.
Select the Date Range.  Note: If your selected date range is greater than 90 days, a red banner will appear alerting you that you must use a filter.
In the Advanced Filters section, select as many filters as you would like.
Check the Check here to select multiple items in a single category box if you would like to select multiple items, such as selecting multiple Clients, statuses, etc.
When you are ready, click Show Notes.
Select the Note(s) you would like to print, then scroll to the bottom and click Print Selected Notes Report.
You also have the option to export the batch of Notes to an Excel file. Scroll all the way to the right, and click Export to Excel. Note: Once you export the document and open it, click Enable Editing to view it as an Excel.

Group by Section

After you filter your Notes or pull a batch of Notes, you can group the sections together to print the desired sections.

Click and hold the Column Header you would like to group.
Continue to click and hold the section and drag it to the bar that says "Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column". Once you see two arrows in the top left corner of the chart, release the section.
A blue ribbon will appear, which means that you have successfully created a group.
To print groups, check the boxes.
If you are a billing manager, you will see the Gross Billing amount for each section.
Click Clear Groupings to remove the groupings.
When you are ready to print, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Print Selected Notes Report.

Request Large Batch of Notes

Important: Please wait 12 to 24 hours for your confirmation to appear. Do not resubmit your request prior to the 12 to 24 hours.

Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Note Center from the drop-down.
Select the Date Range.  Note: If your selected date range is greater than 90 days, a red banner will appear alerting you that you must use a filter.
Check the Global Notes View box.
Click Show Notes.
Check the box next to the ID header to select all Notes in that date range.
Scroll down and click Print Selected Notes Report.
Click Yes in the Would you like to use the offline option? pop-up window.
You will receive a green confirmation notification with your next steps.
When the request is completed, you will receive a message in the Message Center where you can access the PDF link.
