You can view the complete history of any Note in ShareNote Community by using the Note History functionality.

View Note History
- Hover over the Note Center tab in the Navigation bar and select the appropriate Note Center (e.g. PIE Note Center, BIRP Note Center, or Universal Note Center).
- Use Advanced Filters to narrow your search for desired Notes.
- Click Show Notes and Notes that match the search criteria will display at bottom of page.

Click View link for desired Note.
- Click View Note History in Note Actions section on left and the Note History window will open.
NOTE: If the View Note History link isn't there, it means that there have been no changes or edits to this Note since it was created.
Additional Notes
Note History entries cannot be updated.
The Note History cannot be viewed:
- In Audit Mode
- By Time Clock only Users
- By Emergency Access Users
Basic Note information displayed in the header:

- Note ID
- Client Name and ID
- Staff that created Note
- Date and Time created
- Status of the Note
- Billing Status of the Note (only viewable by Billing Managers/Admins)

- Note Status Updates

- Reason for Edits
- Note Locked / Unlocked
- Note Reviewed
- Note Signed
- Note Printed
- Note Rated
- Note Sealed
- Note Trashed
- Reason for Note being trashed

- Tasks Added
- Tasks Completed
- Billing Status
- Billing Comments
- Payroll Updates
