Preferences Overview
The Preferences section under the Managers tab is where you are able to personalize your ShareNote Community system the way you need it to work for your agency. This video walks you through the different areas of Preferences to assist you as you are setting up your agency.

- Have caseworkers select “My profile” and confirm that you have changed your password. You should not be using your temporary password from the welcome email at this time.
- Become familiar with Assigned Certifications so all deadlines and expectations of Administrators are met.
- Review staff details. Report any needed corrections to Supervisors or Administrators.
- Select the Services tab on your profile, ensure all services you are educated to render to clients are selected.
- Have your profile photo approved by your administrator prior to uploading it. Once approved, upload your Profile photo. Please follow upload instructions carefully.
- If your caseload has been assigned, visit your client’s profiles. Read and become familiar with the client details. Specifically, the client's communication preferences.
- Identify which note type your agency is utilizing.
- Ensure you are registered for the ShareNote Community 101 webinar on Friday at 10:00am EST. Located on the dashboard under “Training Links.” Please ensure you bring a notebook and pen to take notes as we go!
- Become familiar with the tools within ShareNote Community, do not add any data into your client’s profile without the permission of your administrator.
