Edit/Update Individual client note even if note was initially submitted as a Universal Group Note allows staff to modify a Note for an individual Client that was present in a group session. Each Client in the Group session will have an individual Note.

Restrict Bookend Service Times ensures that staff cannot have the end time of a session be the start time of another session on the same date of service.

Allow Notes Without Authorization allows staff to submit a Note for a Client who does not have the appropriate authorizations.

Minimum Number of Characters for Notes sets the number of characters (letters, punctuation, numbers, etc.) needed to complete the sections for PIE or BIRP Notes.

Show "Save Progress" Button can be selected to allow staff to save and return to their Notes in the event that they cannot finish in one setting.

Allow Location Users to View Notes of Other Staff is a global setting that allows all Location Users to view the Notes of other staff.

Number of Days to Apply Signature (after Date of Service) and Number of Days to Apply Signature (after Date of lock) sets the number of days Staff have to apply their signature to their Notes. If Staff exceed the allotted time, they will receive a message directing them to connect with their supervisor.
Note: Choose only one, you cannot use both.

Users Can Lock/Sign Notes on Submission and MANDATORY that Users Sign Notes on Submission allows designated staff to lock and sign their Notes upon submission. If it is made Mandatory, they cannot leave that Note until they have applied their signature.

Show Vitals Form with BIRP Notes and PIE Notes allows nurse practitioners, physicians, or any staff that collect vitals to document them on Notes.

Show Consumer Employed Question on PIE Notes is used by North Carolina providers to indicate on PIE Notes if their Client is employed.

Time Recording Method for PIE Notes allows you to choose how you record time on PIE Notes (Shift Only, Actual Time Spent, or Time Only).

Number of Days Between Notes (per staff, per client) indicates the number of days required between dates of service, prohibiting staff from submitting additional Notes until the indicated time has passed.

Allow Notes Without Primary DX allows staff to submit Notes even if the Client does not have a primary diagnosis listed on their profile.

Allow the caseworkers to delete their own notes enables caseworkers to delete Notes they have created.

Allow Staff Plan Note Second Signature: Staff Plan Notes allows supervisors to document staff reviews. Both the supervisor performing the review and the staff member that is being reviewed have the ability to sign Staff Plan Notes.

Show Custom Word List Only you are able to create a custom word list for staff to use to populate their Notes. If selected, staff will only be able to use the words from your custom word list.

Save PDF copy of a PIE or BIRP note to the Client File Manager on completed/signed note allows you to access the Note in a PDF form.

Block note creation on outstanding client requirements enables or disables the creation of a Note if that Client has outstanding requirements.
