You have the ability to search for your claims on the Transaction History page. This saves you time and gives you search parameters to understand your claim history, see claim notes and view messages related to the claim such as denial reasons.
- Click the Managers tab.
NOTE can also click transaction history from link from Billing Snapshot > View transaction - Click Direct Billing and Transaction History from the drop-down menu. The Billing Transaction History page opens.
- Search by: Trans ID, Submission Date Range, Claim Number, Client ID, Date of Service, Staff ID, Note ID, Note Type, Cliam Status, Payment Status, Payer Name, Policy Number.
NOTE: Select Global View to search all locations.
- The Transaction History page opens where you can see all claim status updates.
- Click View to view the claims page.
- Click View to see the service line information details.
- See the Message column to see information such as denial reasons.
- Click View Note to see specific note information and denial reasons.
- See the note page details.
