Providers can bill a claim for a Client from any location, not just the assigned location for the Client.

Step One: Set up Note Preferences
If you are a Location Administrator, you will need to turn this capability on for Staff to be able to select another location within their Note.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Preferences from the drop-down.
- Locate the Note Preferences tab and expand it.
- Scroll down to locate Allow user to select different service location, and check the box.
- Click Update.
Step Two: Select Correct Location in Note
You will go through your Note creation process as usual, with the added step of selecting the location you wish to bill.
The Service Location drop-down will have your available locations to select.
Step Three: Bill the Claim
If you are a biller, you will follow your regular Billing Process, with the added step of adjusting your Current Location to the Service Location.
