You have the ability to search for all EOB/ERAs. The last 7 days will show by default.
- Click the Managers tab.
- Click Direct Billing and Remittance Advice /EOB from the drop-down menu.
- Search by: enter a date range, payer name, client name, or policy number. Click View.
- On the confirmation page, the green badge displays to let you know the remittance has been posted. You can click the Update Activity Log link to manually post the payment.
NOTE: This automatically updates every 30 minutes.
- Click View.
- The claim table opens and you can see the Paid and Denied claim statuses.
- Click View to see individual claim details.
