- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Direct Billing from the drop-down.
- Select Billing Claims Search.
- Enter the Date Range.
- Enter the Claim Status to search claims.
- Enter “QA” to bring up rejected claims only.
- Items listed have the last status given by the Clearinghouse and/or Payer – Unless this item was resolved by other means and paid with a paper check.
